Ergonomic2 ...What is Cappal Tunnel Syndrome?

Today is Thursday 19 February 2009 ... As I promise to you that I will continue to talk about Ergonomic thing. So do you know about Cappal Tunnel Syndrome? Wow, what a language .. hehehe just kidding ... Ok , remember last time I mention about using mouse for long time make our hand pain. Ok ...here I want to share about Cappal Tunnel Syndrome... this syndrome is affect to your hand.

See picture :

Carpal tunnel syndrome is pain, tingling, and other problems in your hand because of pressure on the median nerve in
your wrist.
The median nerve and several tendons run from your forearm to your hand through a small space in your wrist called the
carpal tunnel. The median nerve controls movement and feeling in your thumb and first three fingers (not your little finger).

Carpal tunnel syndrome is pain, tingling, and other problems in your hand because of pressure on the median nerve in
your wrist. Is like when we move mouse left and right, fingers click etc
The median nerve and several tendons run from your forearm to your hand through a small space in your wrist called the
carpal tunnel. The median nerve controls movement and feeling in your thumb and first three fingers (not your little finger). This symptom of pain, tingling, numbness in midle fingers and if this untreated, can cause permanent nerve damage.

So ..my advise is, you hve to familiar with your own hand. If you feel no good, a little bit pain, take a rest, don't force your hand. So we can maintain our hand.
